How to accurately detect canine distemper test paper
Prepare 3 cotton swabs (there is only one in the test paper package). The first one is dipped in the dog’s eye secretions and conjunctival secretions. If you are afraid of hurting the dog’s eyes, you can dip the cotton swab in some saline before use (I have consulted Vet, this works). Dip the second swab into your dog's saliva. Dip the third swab into your dog's nose. 2: Put these three cotton swabs individually or together into the diluent in the test paper package, stir, and mix thoroughly.
Let the mixed dilution sit still for about a minute.
Use the straw in the bag to suck up the upper half of the diluent, and drop 3 to 4 drops into the detection hole of the test paper.
Wait 5 minutes and check the test strip. If there are two bars, it can basically be determined that the dog is infected with the canine distemper virus.
