Hip dislocation in dogs cannot heal on its own. Hip luxation in dogs is very serious because it is usually caused by the dog falling from a height or severely impacting the lower limbs, causing the dog's hip joint to dislocate. Treatment of hip dislocation in dogs

1. If there are some serious fractures, they can only be treated through surgery.

2. The conservative treatment plan is external fixation bandaging, restriction of movement, and oral joint protective agents containing chondroitin. Conservative treatment may not necessarily achieve a cure, but it can generally lead to some improvement.

4. Regular X-rays should be taken to see if there is any improvement and the degree of improvement.
