There are certain differences in appearance between Silver Fox and Samoyed. Many friends will mistake silver foxes for Samoyeds, but in fact, silver foxes and Samoyeds are different in appearance. For example, eyes, Samoyed’s eyes are almond-shaped, and Silver Fox’s eyes are bright and round. Another example is ears. Samoyed's ears are relatively thicker, while Silver Fox's are thinner. If you look closely, there are actually many differences.

Mouth: The biggest difference between Samoyed and Silver Fox is the mouth. The Samoyed's mouth is wider and shorter than that of the Silver Fox, and the meat on both sides of the mouth is thicker than that of the Silver Fox.

Eyes: Samoyeds have typical almond eyes, while Silver Fox eyes are relatively smaller and rounder.

Face: The face shape of Samoyed is also different from that of Silver Fox. The Samoyed's forehead is more profound and obvious, like a Luohan fish (brain gate). To put it simply, the angle between the face and the bridge of the nose is relatively large. Relatively speaking, the silver fox's forehead is not obvious, that is, the angle is much smaller.

Cheeks: The cheek hairs on both sides of the Samoyed are much fuller than those of the Silver Fox.

Ears: The ears of Samoyeds and Silver Foxes are also different. The Samo's ears are relatively thicker, while the Silver Fox's ears are thinner.

Wool production: There is a big difference between the wool production of Samoyed and Silver Fox. The coat of the Samo is softer than that of the Silver Fox, and the coat is much fuller. The hair of silver fox is relatively more like the impure Pomeranian on the market. It feels harder and has a wisp-like texture. It doesn't feel as soft and smooth as Satsuma.

Coat color: Relatively speaking, the coat color of the silver fox is more snow-white, as if it has been bleached and dyed, and the brightness of the reflective light is also greater than that of the Samo. The coat color of Samoyed is relatively milky white, like cotton, and its reflective brightness is not that high. The overall feeling is fluffy.

Paws: A Samoyed’s paws are shaped like a husky, while a silver fox’s paws are shaped like a Pomeranian.

Expression: Silver Fox’s expression has no characteristics. The sweeter the Samoyed's expression and face, the better.

Personality: Silver foxes are timid by nature, love to bark, and lose their temper more easily than most. Samoyeds, on the other hand, are willing to play with others, are smarter, more active, but also very naughty.
