Dehydrated dogs will appear in poor mental condition, their appetite will be much less than before, and their skin and nose will become dry, their eyes will collapse or swell, and their skin will become loose.

Causes of dehydration in dogs:

1. The food fed is too salty or too spicy, which the dog’s gastrointestinal tract cannot tolerate, thus causing dehydration symptoms.

2. If the dog’s daily water intake cannot meet the standards required by the body. Slight dehydration may occur.

3. When dogs have diarrhea, vomiting, fever, ulcers and other diseases, symptoms of dehydration will also follow.

4. Dehydration will occur when you exercise too much and fail to replenish water in time after being exposed to the sun.
