Causes of red golden retriever eyes:
1. If foreign matter such as hair and dust enters the golden retriever’s eyes, it will cause the eyes to become red and can be flushed with physiological saline.
2. If a golden retriever suddenly exercises violently, excessive blood circulation will cause the eyes to become red, which will recover when the body temperature drops.
3. If the internal fire in the golden retriever's body is too strong, there will be a lot of eye feces and red eyes. You should usually feed it lighter food and let it drink more water.
4. If there is bacterial or parasitic infection in the Golden Retriever’s eyes, the eyes will itch, which will cause the Golden Retriever to keep scratching and the eyes will become red. You should seek medical treatment in time.

5. Red eyes of golden retrievers may also be caused by fighting between dogs. If the eyes are severely red and swollen, you need to take it to a pet hospital for treatment.
