Treatment methods for male dog infertility:

1. First, improve the feeding and management conditions and provide sufficient nutrients to enhance physical fitness. Strengthen physical exercise, and the number of breedings should be moderate to avoid too much or too little.

2. Male dogs with reproductive organ diseases or systemic diseases should be treated accordingly according to the original disease.

3. For male dogs lacking sexual desire, take 10 mg of methyltestosterone orally or intramuscularly inject 20 to 50 mg of testosterone propionate/time. Male dogs that fail to respond to treatment or are aging should be eliminated and not used for breeding.

Causes of dog infertility:

1. Poor feed quality, vitamin deficiency, lack of exercise, over-breeding or no breeding for a long time.

2. It is caused by improper feeding and management, too simple feeding diet, lack of certain essential amino acids, inorganic salts, vitamins, etc.

3. Reproductive tract abnormalities, such as slender cervix and uterine horns, excessive narrowing or atresia of the vagina or vulva, etc.
