Things that Eastern Sichuan Hounds cannot eat:

1. Bones. Especially the sharp bones of chickens and ducks.

2. Liver. Long-term consumption of liver can cause excessive vitamin A or even poisoning.

3. Onions. Ingestion of such foods can cause hemolysis of cells and blood in urine.

4. Chocolate. Dogs will be excited and restless after eating it, and chocolate contains a lot of sugar, which is harmful to the health of dogs.

5. Seafood. Eastern Sichuan Hounds cannot eat seafood and other allergenic foods.

6. Foods high in sugar, fat and salt. High-sugar and high-fat foods can easily make Eastern Sichuan Terriers gain weight and induce a series of diseases; excessive salt will inevitably increase the burden of kidney excretion, affect kidney health, disrupt body fluid balance, and cause various skin diseases.

7. Do not drink milk. Dogs are prone to diarrhea, vomiting and other lactose intolerance to milk.

8. Don’t just take medicines taken by people, because many people’s medicines contain ingredients that are toxic to dogs, and the efficacy, dosage, side effects, etc. for dogs are not clear.
