Foods that Tibetan Mastiffs cannot eat:

1. Chocolate. Chocolate contains caffeine and an ingredient called theobromine, which can cause great damage to a dog’s heart and central nervous system. Dogs who eat too much chocolate are likely to be poisoned and die.

2. Onions. Onions contain sulfur, which can destroy your dog’s red blood cells and cause anemia. Onions are highly toxic to dogs. Eating too much can cause acute anemia and even be life-threatening.

3. Seafood. Seafood, especially shrimps and crabs, can easily cause diarrhea and worms in dogs.

4. High-salt foods. Salt, or salt-rich foods such as salted fish, bacon, ham and cured meat, are very harmful to the health of dogs. Dogs need very little salt. When preparing food for dogs, if people can taste the salty taste, it means that there is too much salt. Dogs will be poisoned if they eat too much salt.

5. Chicken bones. Chicken bones are small and sharp and can easily explode into spikes. Stab the dog's mouth and intestines.

6. Expired food. These foods have begun to become moldy and can cause muscle twitching and atrophy in dogs after eating them, and then death. Also, prevent dogs from digging out of garbage bags and eating them.

7. Raw meat. Feeding raw meat to dogs can easily lead to parasite infection and is difficult to digest.
