Kittens do not know how to use cat litter by themselves. They need to be taught by their mother or owner to learn how to use it. Kittens will learn to use cat litter under the guidance of their mother cats in about a month or so.

But some cats don’t. The owner can put the paper towel with its urine or feces under the cat litter, and then put the cat into the litter box. The cat will sniff everywhere and smell its own excrement. I know I have to go to the toilet here.

The owner remembers to hold the kitten's paws and dig the cat sand twice after the cat goes to the toilet to teach it to bury the feces. It is easy for a kitten to forget that when it poops elsewhere, remember to educate it again, and then use disinfectant to eliminate traces elsewhere.
