The chipped jaw turtle can be kept in deep water. They prefer water and have good water properties. However, not all turtles are suitable to be kept in deep water. This situation is only suitable for adult turtles, while hatchlings are not suitable to be kept in deep water, which may cause them to drown.

How to raise the jawless turtle:

1. The jawless turtle is a relatively easy water turtle to raise. Set up a reasonable basking platform in the breeding tank. Although the jawless turtle is missing, Painted turtles don't like to leave the water, but they will drown if they stay in the water for too long.

2. The beak-jawed turtle likes warmth and is afraid of cold. The most suitable temperature is 25 to 30 degrees. The temperature of the water tank heating rod should be set to 28 degrees Celsius as the optimum. Remember that the heating rod must be adsorbed on the bottom of the container or lower end.

3. The jawless turtle is of medium size. Adult turtles should be kept in a pool or a 5 mm thick glass tank with a water level of more than 20 cm. They can also be kept on moist sand.
