Cats generally don’t eat live rabbits. Wild cats usually do. Domestic cats have plenty of food and don’t think about catching prey. They just treat rabbits like toys and they won’t eat them until they get tired of playing with them. Ignore it, but wild cats live outside for a long time and are very aggressive. They hunt for food.
