Dogs cannot eat soft-seeded pomegranates. Although the seeds of this kind of pomegranate are very soft, dogs still cannot eat them because they contain cyanide. If they eat too much, they will be poisonous. Pomegranate seeds are very small. Dogs cannot chew it, and eating it may cause esophageal and gastrointestinal obstruction, so do not give pomegranates to dogs.
