Cats with dry abdominal disease may have a good appetite in the early stage of cat’s abdominal disease, because the symptoms of dry abdominal disease are not typical. The main symptoms of dry abdominal disease in cats are that the cat’s eyes will have symptoms of uveitis. Appear, granulomas will appear in various organs of cats, such as kidneys, spleen, small intestine, etc.

In the later stages of wet abdominal transmission, there may be loss of appetite, mental weakness and fatigue, abdominal distension, shortness of breath due to excessive pleural effusion, skin and mucosal jaundice throughout the body, and even neurological dysfunction leading to paralysis. If the cat has a loss of appetite, it is recommended to feed it with a nasogastric tube or esophageal feeding tube to prevent the cat from developing fatty liver and aggravating the condition.
