Schnauzers are divided into mini types, standard types, and giant types. Their food intake is also different. The food intake of the mini type is about 120g per day before three months, and increases to 140g after three months, while the standard type needs about 120g per day. Three months ago, the food intake was about 260g, and three months later, it was about 300g. The giant one needs about 300g before March, and then it will be one pound.

The above amounts are just a reference. Each Schnauzer’s food intake is different. Parents should decide daily based on the actual situation of the dog. Don’t be too rigid about the feeding amount. Generally, when a Schnauzer is full, its abdomen will swell and become very hard when pressed.
