Kittens cannot eat ice because their gastrointestinal tract is not fully developed and is very fragile. Ice food will irritate the gastrointestinal tract and cause diarrhea, and can easily cause the cat to get gastroenteritis. In severe cases, the cat may have bloody stools or even die. If the weather is hot, it is recommended that all kittens drink water and perform physical cooling operations such as air conditioners and fans.

What to do if a kitten eats ice:

1. If a kitten has diarrhea after eating ice food, in serious cases, take it to the hospital for treatment;
