Dogs do not need shoes. Dogs have sweat glands on the soles of their feet, and if they are suffocated by shoes, it will be difficult for them to perspire. Some people worry that dogs will get frostbite if they go out barefoot when the weather is cold. In fact, they are overly worried. Cats and dogs are the same, with thick pads protecting their paws.

The reasons why dogs do not need to wear shoes:

1. It is beneficial to joint development. If they wear shoes, the development of their bones and joints will be worse than if they don't wear shoes.

2. It is not easy to deform the feet. Stuffing their feet inside shoes can deform their feet.

3. Breathable. Dogs' paws are their sweat glands, and wearing shoes makes their paws airtight.

4. Not easy to slip. Wearing shoes will reduce the friction on the soles of the feet, and the soles of the feet will slip when walking.
