Therefore, we should praise and encourage it more than we blame it, and regard it as the basic principle in training and education. If you treat it with a ratio of 1 scolding to 9 praises and give it more praise and encouragement, the dog will show an increasingly strong enthusiasm for learning.

3. Familiarize yourself with the Husky’s personality and then discipline it

Dogs also have various personalities. Some dogs give in easily while others are stubborn. Some dogs only need to be scolded once to learn what they are interested in. Some dogs become more disobedient the more you scold them. Generally speaking, long-haired dogs with softer coats tend to have softer temperaments, while dogs with short and hard coats tend to have more stubborn temperaments. Of course this is not absolutely the case. When scolding it, you should do it with love and observe its reaction to properly grasp the scale.

4. Training should be conducted simultaneously with sounds and gestures

When the dog does something it shouldn't do, scold it with "Bold!" and when it follows the owner's orders, praise it with "Awesome." These two words of praise and blame should become the basic words for it to be remembered. This kind of action that uses sound to express the owner's mood and evaluation is technically called "sound symbol". Corresponding to this is the action of using gestures to clearly and unmistakably show the owner's attitude, which is called "visual symbol". For example, while issuing the scolding symbol "bold", you can face the dog's face with your flat palm. Use your eyes and make stop gestures to warn it. If this action still doesn't make it understand, you can stretch out your fingers and tap the dog's nose lightly a few times.

Other prohibitive visual symbols, such as rolling a newspaper into a long tube and tapping it lightly, are also very useful.It works, but be careful not to hit too much or too hard. Too severe corporal punishment may cause damage to the character of some dogs with strong understanding.

5. It will be easier for dogs to distinguish the actions that express praise directly

6. The sound symbols should be short and clear.

7. Visual symbols should be chosen that are easy for dogs to understand

Visual signs are actions received through the dog's vision, so you should choose gestures that can still be clearly distinguished from a long distance. If the meaning of the action varies depending on the number of repetitions, then the prescribed number of times should be limited to what the dog can understand. If it is difficult for the dog to make a clear distinction, it is easy to misunderstand it. Therefore, visual symbols should first consider selecting actions that are easy to remember and distinguish.
