When we go to the dog market to choose a Chihuahua, we must pay attention to some issues, so as to avoid being fooled when buying a Chihuahua. Chihuahuas often bring us joy, but if we accidentally buy a puppy, we will die of sadness.

1. You must not be blind when choosing a Chihuahua, and you cannot make random decisions based on your own whims. Before selecting, we should make relevant preparations. For example, find several reputable pet stores for comprehensive comparison; you need to read some relevant reference materials to understand the relevant evaluation criteria of Chihuahuas in detail. So that you can be well informed when choosing and not be deceived by unscrupulous merchants.

2. When choosing a Chihuahua, you should follow the premise of health. All Chihuahuas that are beautiful in appearance but unhealthy are meaningless for their owners to keep. Of course, if the body is not healthy, the appearance of the Chihuahua cannot be so beautiful. Therefore, as long as parents choose according to the first criterion of health, I believe the appearance of the dog will not be too bad.

During the selection process, you need to determine whether the Chihuahua is healthy or not. You can follow two methods to identify it.

1. Touch the dog's body with both hands to check whether the dog's body bones are strong and whether there are any fractures; carefully check whether the dog's fur is healthy and shiny; at the same time, observe whether the Chihuahua's eyes are clear and bright; and whether the Chihuahua's mental state is sufficient. Active; whether the body is clean, whether the actions are balanced and stable, etc. If you find any abnormalities, don't rush to buy.

2. Checking your Chihuahua’s excrement is also an important way to identify whether it is healthy. Research has found that healthy Chihuahua excrement is mainly earthy yellow (the color of the feces will change to a certain extent depending on the color of the food), and is moderately soft and hard enough to be picked up. Any feces that is loose or soft, or hard and granular, and is white, green, or black in color, etc., indicates that the Chihuahua has a hidden disease, and these dogs should not be purchased.
