1. Place the ring on the ground between the owner and the cat. The owner first calls the cat's name. When the cat looks at the owner, he points to the ring with his finger and gives the cat a continuous "jump" command. .

2. If the cat comes around from the ring, hold the cat back to its original place, give the jump command again, and wave for it to jump over. When the cat jumps out of the ring, reward it by hugging it, stroking it, or feeding it some snacks.

3. Repeat the training, keep raising the ring, and slowly reduce the reward, until it can jump from 30 to 60 cm after hearing the "jump" command from the owner without giving it any reward. Jumping through a high-level hoop indicates success.

Notes on teaching Welsh cats to jump in rings:
1. Do not raise the ring too high at the beginning. If it is too high, the cat will not dare to jump. You should first lift the ring. Turn it down a little, wait until the cat jumps, and then gradually increase it.
2. You must also control the training time. It is appropriate to control it to about 10 minutes each time. You can train several times a day. If the training time is too long, the cat will easily become resentful and its patience will gradually disappear.
3. If the cat refuses to jump, do not slap the cat hard or pull the cat's tail. This will frighten the cat and cause a stress reaction.
