When taking your dog out, how do you use the leash correctly to make your dog move forward obediently? In fact, this training is not difficult.

1. First, the dog owner holds the leash in his right hand, and holds the prize for the dog in his left hand (it can be a snack or toy it likes to eat). At the same time, the dog owner can keep turning his left hand to stimulate the dog's interest.

2. Call the dog’s name while walking backwards; use the reward in your hand to entice it to move forward, and remember to keep the leash loose. If he won't move forward, give him a smell of the toy in your hand. If it's food, give him a taste, then try again, gently calling his name as you step back. This time it will definitely follow you obediently.

3. Once the dog comes happily, you can lower the hand holding the food, place it near your thigh, and then stretch it forward slightly, so that the dog will obediently follow your hand.

4. Move forward and reward your dog at any time. Use relatively unified commands, such as "go" or "follow me", so that it will learn to remember these commands and perform different actions based on them.

5. The way to hold the leash must be correct, and the dog must be led to the correct position.

6. In the early stages of training, you can hold a toy or food in your left hand. In this way, when the puppy becomes impatient, such as rushing around or unwilling to walk, you can guide it back to the correct place and return to its original position. Speed, then reward it.
