Cat-to-abdominal cats should be quarantined if they are transmitted from cat to cat. Cat-borne peritonitis is peritonitis caused by coronavirus infection and can be transmitted to each other. Other cats will be infected through contact with sick cats or cats' ascites, so if there is a cat in the home with abdominal transmission, other cats should be kept in isolation.

Symptoms of cat epilepsy:

1. Cat epilepsy is divided into dry type and wet type. In the early stages of the disease, cats will be listless and have a loss of appetite, but other symptoms are generally not obvious. As the disease progresses, cats suffering from dry-type cat abdominal distension may show symptoms such as cloudy eyes, visual impairment, mild fever, and body weight loss. Some cats may also suffer from paralysis and spasm of hind limbs.

2. Cats with wet type may experience symptoms such as difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, anemia, weight loss, etc. Male cats may also experience scrotal swelling. At the same time, a large amount of fluid will accumulate in the cat's abdominal and pleural cavities, causing the abdomen to become significantly enlarged. Cat abdominal transmission needs to be treated with antiviral and antibiotic drugs, and if necessary, surgery. It is recommended that owners take sick cats to see a doctor as soon as possible.
