We have seen from some large-scale international and domestic famous dog show competitions that the dogs participating in the competition will consciously assume graceful postures. In the display and evaluation of famous dogs, in addition to observing whether the dog's appearance is beautiful, the quality of the standing posture is also the key to whether the dog can win. Therefore, if your dog is going to participate in the competition in the future, you must train your dog well in peacetime.

To train a dog to have a good posture, you can first prepare a small table, hold the dog on the small table, and keep its hind legs close to the edge of the small table. When a dog wants to lie down because of fear, use one hand to support its chest or chin, and the other hand to gently pull the dog's tail back. Push back with the hand holding the front chest, so that the dog will feel that the back feet will lose support when it retreats. It can only lean forward as much as possible, naturally showing a posture with straight limbs and head held high. When pulling the dog's tail, be careful not to just pull the tail hair, otherwise it will cause the dog pain and refuse training.

It is best to start this kind of training for dogs from 5-6 months old puppies. As long as the training is repeated many times, the dog will form a conditioned reflex. In the future, even when standing on flat ground or participating in competitions, as long as the dog is held up, If you lift the dog's chest and tail, the dog will naturally assume a standard and graceful posture.
