The reasons why cats are not allowed to touch their butt:

1. The cat’s butt is the cat’s private part and is a relatively sensitive part, so when the owner touches this part of the cat , cats will subconsciously protect themselves, and sometimes they may attack people.

2. It may be that the cat’s butt has painful lesions, which prevents it from touching its butt, and the cat is unwilling to sit and wait. In this case, you should go to a pet hospital for diagnosis and treatment.

Places where cats like to be touched:

1. Forehead. Cats like others to touch their foreheads and tops of their heads. Firstly, this is because the area on the head cannot be groomed by themselves, and secondly, it is relatively close to the brain, making it easy to judge how favorably the other person feels about them.

2. Chin. Just as a kiss on the chin feels good between a couple, touching a cat's chin will also feel good to the cat.

3. Behind the ears. Cats cannot clean the patch behind their ears, so they like to be stroked behind their ears.

4. Neck. Cats are not disgusted by touching their necks because there are parts of their necks that they cannot comb.
