In Bitsports competitions, strength is the foundation of everything, speed is the core, and other performance characteristics can only be said to be technical and tactical means for winning, so strength is the top priority in training.

1. Weight-bearing resistance exercises. This type of exercise generally involves dragging weights and running with weights. This exercise can act on any muscle group throughout the body, and the intensity can be adjusted at any time by adjusting the weight and distance. It is the most common and most effective strength training method.

2. Exercises to overcome elastic resistance. This type of exercise is usually done with elastic objects such as springs and rubber bands. This kind of exercise can also act on most muscle groups of the whole body. Because it is completed by relying on the resistance generated by the deformation of elastic objects, the resistance increases with the end of the movement. This kind of practice is not taken seriously due to the limitations of the venue and equipment, but it is often the most needed in actual combat. (For example, during a competition, the dog gets up after falling to the ground, and the dog lifts up after hitting the opponent's chest, etc.)

3. Jumping practice. Jumping exercise can be regarded as a kind of strength exercise to overcome one's own body weight. This type of exercise is usually completed by placing an inducer at a high place to induce the dog to jump upward. It is completed through supported jumping at the distal end of the limbs. Relatively speaking, it is a local strength training, mainly practicing the strength of the hind limbs.

4. Resistance exercises in special environments. This type of exercise is usually completed in special natural environments, such as swimming in water, running and jumping on sandy grass, snow, etc. To a large extent, this type of exercise can be regarded as a comprehensive exercise. It is no longer just a strength exercise. It also includes other aspects besides strength, such as speed and coordination. Due to the limitations of the natural environment, this type of exercise cannot be used in actual combat. Not used too much.
