1. Materials

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 pounds of lamb (remove fat and cut into small pieces)

1 peeled, cored and diced apple

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon allspice powder

1 cinnamon stick

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 6-ounce can of tomato sauce

1 cup and a half water

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2. Practice

1. Pour oil into a large non-stick frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the mutton and brown on all sides.

2. Take the fried lamb out, then add the apples, chili powder, allspice powder, cinnamon sticks, and cinnamon powder into the frying pan, and sauté slowly over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Pour the fried mutton back into the pot, add tomato sauce and water, and bring the water to a boil.

4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour. Add apple cider vinegar and simmer for another 15 minutes.
