Hairless cats give birth around 2 months into pregnancy. Generally speaking, female cats will gradually stop being in estrus a few days after mating, and will become pregnant soon after. But it’s worth noting that although a cat’s pregnancy lasts an average of 65 days, she can give birth at any time within a week before or after giving birth. Kittens born earlier than 58 days are likely to die prematurely or be physically weak during delivery, and are considered premature. Kittens born after 71 days may be larger than normal and may die in infancy. If the birth date is so late, the female cat is likely to have difficulty giving birth. Therefore, if the 71-day pregnancy period has expired and there are no signs of labor yet, you should consult a veterinarian in time.

Items to prepare before giving birth to a hairless cat:

1. Medical gloves (used for delivery, and gloves must be worn when touching kittens).
