The appropriate water temperature is 36~37℃ in summer and 38~40℃ in winter. When bathing a dog, the water temperature should be slightly higher than the dog's body temperature, and the bathing time should be in the morning or noon. Do not bathe your dog on cloudy or rainy days when the air humidity is high. After bathing your dog, you should immediately blow dry it with a hair dryer or dry it with a towel. It is particularly important to note that dogs under 3 months old cannot be bathed without vaccination.

Precautions for dog bathing

1. The temperature of the bathing water should not be too high or too low. Generally, it is 36 degrees in spring and summer. In autumn and winter, temperatures around 39 degrees are most suitable.

2. When taking a bath, be sure to prevent the bath liquid from flowing into the dog’s eyes and ears.

3. Flush thoroughly and do not let the foam of the bath solution stay on the dog's body to prevent irritation of the skin and causing dermatitis.

4. Bathing should be best done in the morning or noon. Do not bathe your dog in weather with high air humidity or rainy days.

5. Use pet-specific bath liquids as much as possible. Common human washing liquids or bath liquids are not suitable for dog skin.

6. After taking a bath, you should immediately dry the water droplets on the dog with a towel, and then dry it with a hair dryer. Do not put the dog directly in the sun to dry after taking a bath.
