Ragdoll cats generally shed their hair when the seasons change. The hair loss time is mostly from March to May in spring and from September to November in autumn. The hair loss of Ragdoll cats is related to the cat’s physique. Ragdoll cats that often shed hair will have more severe hair loss during the change of seasons. During the period of shedding, cats need to be supplemented with nutrients such as vitamins, calcium, etc.

Things to note when Ragdoll cats are shedding:

1. Increase nutrition. Feeding cats food containing vitamin B can improve their hair and skin. Eat more fish and meat foods to supplement cats with protein.

2. Groom your hair frequently. It can comb out the floating cat hair and prevent the hair from falling everywhere.

3. Feeding cat grass or hair removal cream can promote the removal of hair from the licking body of Ragdoll cats.
