Notes on raising chinchillas

1. Chinchillas have a lively personality and need enough space to move around. Use a metal cage because they will chew frequently. If you bite the cage and run out of the house, you will get lost.

2. It is best to raise two chinchillas together. Chinchillas are originally social animals. They are particularly prone to feeling lonely. If they lack the company of their owners and partners for a long time, they will suffer from depression.

3. Chinchilla is particularly sensitive to temperature and is particularly afraid of heat. Do not place it in an environment exposed to direct sunlight as it is prone to heatstroke.
