Treatment methods for dog keratitis:

General concentration eye drops can be used, 0.5%-1% neomycin, 0.25% chloramphenicol, 0.5 % tetracycline, 0.5%-1% streptomycin, instill 1-2 drops into the eyes 4-6 times a day, each time. To control severe corneal infection, high-concentration eye drops, 5% streptomycin, 4w units/ml penicillin, 4w units/ml polymyxin or colistin can be used. Eye drops should be instilled for 1-2 seconds for half an hour. In the severe stage of inflammation, eye drops are required 15-20 times a day.
