Generally speaking, puppies can be vaccinated after 45 days. Puppies need to be vaccinated against canine infectious diseases for the first time, and three shots are required. Currently, there are quadruple vaccines, six-combination vaccines, etc. on the market. You can choose the appropriate vaccine for puppies according to the actual situation. The interval between each injection is 21 days. After the last injection, you can inject the rabies vaccine one week later, and you are done. The first immunization procedure is followed by a booster immunization once a year. It should be noted that vaccination must be given when the puppy is completely healthy, so as to better protect the puppy's body and ensure the production of antibodies.

What should be paid attention to when the puppy is vaccinated:

1. The puppy should be kept in the hospital for observation for 30 minutes after the injection. If the dog develops edema, rash, or difficulty breathing, If you have any symptoms, you should promptly notify your doctor to inject anti-allergy shots.

2. The puppies have been raised at home for more than a week and there are no obvious abnormalities (eating, drinking, and defecating at home are normal, no vomiting, diarrhea, and coughing, they are in good spirits, and their weight is up to standard). Only when the above conditions are met can the rabies vaccine be injected .

3. After the vaccination, pay attention to keeping warm. Keep the food, drink and environment the same as before within a week. Reduce going out and exercise. You should not take a bath within a week and have as little contact with dogs outside as possible.
