Carp like to eat small fish, shrimps, river mussels, snails, aquatic insects and other foods. Carp is an omnivorous animal. When raising it, the owner can feed it some meat such as pork, beef, mutton, or some animal offal, which are the foods that carp prefers to eat. Occasionally, it can also feed some corn, sorghum, Rice, sweet potatoes and other cereals.

How to breed carp

1. Water temperature: Carp have strong adaptability to the environment. They can survive in water temperatures between 6-30°C. grow. But it is best to keep the water temperature above 20°C.

2. Water quality: The pH value is maintained between 6.3-8.4. You can usually change the water once a week, but the amount of water changed each time should not be too large.

3. Disease prevention: Carp are susceptible to diseases and need to be disinfected every once in a while during breeding.
