How to look at the appearance of tabby cats:

2. Body shape. Tabby cats are well-proportioned and have a strong and muscular appearance overall. Viewed from the side, the lengths from the back of the neck to the front legs, the front legs to the hind legs, and the hind legs to the buttocks are basically equal; the root of the tail is thick.

3. Coat color and pattern. Tabby cats come in many colors, and the more common ones on the market now are silver tabby cats. There are M-shaped markings on the forehead, ring-shaped markings on the body, legs, and tail, and a complete ring-shaped markings on the neck, which looks like a necklace.

How to identify purebred tabby cats:

1. The head of a purebred tabby cat is relatively round, but the part below the nose is slightly pointed.

2. The eyes of purebred tabby cats are obviously almond-shaped, with the inner corner of the eye downward and the outer corner of the eye slightly upward. The pupil color is mostly yellow, and some may also have green eyes.

3. The nose of a purebred tabby cat is red or black, the mouth has no obvious features, the top of the ear is blunt and almost arc-shaped, and the eyebrows and whiskers are generally white.

4. Purebred tabby cats have a strong physique, well-developed and thick limbs, rich muscles, and a thick root at the tail.

5. The hair color of purebred tabby cats is usually 2 to 3 colors mixed with each other, among which gray and black hair are distributed in tabby patterns.
