Lobsters don’t recognize their owners. Lobsters are arthropods. They only have simple and sensitive conditioned reflexes and do not develop emotions like other animals. They will not know their owners no matter how long they are kept. However, lobsters are very interactive and can be teased while being fed, which is very interesting.
Notes on raising lobsters:
1. Environment
You need to prepare a glass fish tank and put a layer of sand at the bottom of the fish tank. Place some pebbles and raise some plants to simulate the natural living environment of lobsters.
2. Change the water frequently
The water for raising lobsters should not be too deep or too shallow, about 3-5 cm is most suitable. You also need to change the water regularly and have a filtration system. Change it once a week, if not, it is best to change it once a day or two.
2. Feeding
You can feed lobsters some small fish, shrimps, snail meat, or some plant-based baits such as rice, bread crumbs, corn, and algae. Feed once in the morning and once in the evening.
