The frog-eyed gecko will not recognize its owner. Frog-eyed geckos are cold-blooded animals with low IQs and generally do not recognize their owners. If they are raised long enough, they will become accustomed to the owner's care and become familiar with the owner's scent, so they will not be afraid of the owner or attack the owner.
Notes on raising frog-eyed geckos:
1. You need to prepare a breeding box of appropriate size for it. You can use a wooden box, a glass jar or a plastic box to raise it. Make holes around it for ventilation. To ensure temperature and air circulation, you need a night light, a heating pad, a water basin, shelter, and a small amount of sand at the bottom of the box, which is close to desert sand.
2. Frog-eyed geckos are not very picky about food, but crickets are their favorite, followed by barley worms. If you don’t have these two, you can also feed mealworms and cornworms, but they are slightly less nutritious. If you are close, you can buy a bottle of multi-vitamin calcium powder specifically for reptiles to supplement the required calcium and minerals for the gouged eyes, and feed them with insect sticky powder once a week.
3. It is not recommended to use the frog-eyed gecko. Whether you touch the scales on the frog-eyed gecko's body or its tail, it will feel tremendous pressure.
