How to feed electric eels:

2. For newly bought young electric eels, you can choose to feed them worms and insect larvae. Feed them live food at first, and gradually train them to eat dead freshwater fish, such as thawed frozen fish. Croaker, liver and similar foods.

3. It is best not to breed them together. Although electric eels are generally very gentle and non-aggressive, due to their method of capturing prey with electric discharges, electric eels will hunt other fish if they are raised, and fish of the same size may also hunt them under certain circumstances.
