The reasons why it is not recommended to raise geckos:

First, geckos require the owner to spend time caring for and feeding them, which is quite time-consuming.

Secondly, geckos are cold-blooded animals and it is difficult to recognize their owners. Even if they are kept for a long time, they may not remember their owners. People who want to have an interactive experience are not recommended to raise geckos.

Third, geckos have poor adaptability to the environment. When you first take them home, you need to give them time to adapt, otherwise they are prone to stress reactions.

Notes on raising geckos:

1. You need to prepare a suitable breeding box for the gecko, with a layer of matting at the bottom of the box. The temperature inside the box is best controlled between 25-30℃.

2. It is necessary to create a cave in the box for the gecko to hide and increase its sense of security. In addition, drinking water needs to be prepared for it.

3. You can feed the gecko mealworms, crickets, etc. Calcium powder and vitamins are also necessary foods to supplement nutrition.
