A turtle is different from a tortoise. The turtle is not a tortoise. The turtle is also called a "turtle". There is a big difference in appearance between a turtle and a turtle. The head of the tortoise is relatively pointed and cannot be freely expanded and contracted. It is also aggressive and will not let go if it bites. The turtle's head is round and can be retracted into the shell. It has a gentle temperament and generally does not attack others.

Characteristics of tortoise:

1. Pointed claws. The claws of soft-shelled turtles are very pointed, with the base of the claws being black to gray, and the tips of the claws being yellowish or black. The claws of farmed turtles are blunt because they are blunted by the cement walls around them.

2. The base plate is white and tinged with red. The color of the soft-shell turtle's base is the same as the skin on a child's face, white and red, with clear blood vessels and distinct veins.

3. Black spots on the back. There are usually black spots on the back of soft-shell turtles. The wrinkles on the skirt of the tail on the back are thin and clear, while the fake ones are thick and blurry. The back color of wild soft-shell turtles in the river is slightly yellowish.

4. Fatty yellow. The fat of wild turtles after slaughter is yellow, but the fat of some stocked turtles that eat fish and shrimps is also yellow, but the fat is much more than that of wild turtles.
