The leopard-print gecko doesn’t recognize its owner. Leopard geckos are cold-blooded animals with low IQ and will not recognize their owners. However, if they are kept for a long time, they will have conditioned reflexes and can accept feeding from their owners and will not attack them. A gecko that has just been brought home usually won't eat, so don't worry too much. Let it rest for a few days, and then it will slowly start eating.

Notes on raising leopard geckos:

1. Initial resting

Try not to disturb the geckos in the early stages of raising them. It rests and needs to be left to rest for a few days. At the same time, the temperature needs to be controlled between 25 and 30 degrees.

2. The tail is fragile

The tail of the gecko is relatively fragile. During the interaction with the gecko, try not to play with its tail to prevent break.

3. Feeding rules

Feed the geckos regularly. The geckos are most active in the evening and at night, which is suitable for feeding. You can feed the gecko some food such as mealworms, barley worms, and crickets. When the gecko is small, feed it twice a day. When it grows up, it can be fed once every two days.
