The cedar vole feeds on plants and is mainly distributed in Mexico. It is a rodent and a member of the superfamily Muridae. In spring, cedar voles like to eat cabbage. In summer, they eat peanuts, beans, and cantaloupe. In autumn, they eat zucchini, cabbage, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. In winter, they can only eat tree roots and winter wheat roots. Fir voles also prefer to eat apples, goat grass, and alfalfa.

Precautions for raising fir voles:

1. Fir voles are relatively easy to raise. Fir voles are omnivores and especially like to eat some plants, so they are simple to raise. Just feed some vegetables and nuts.
