2. Dogs should wear smart dog tags. Regarding pet breeding licenses, the previous dog tags have been updated to smart dog tags, equipped with an electronic identification management system.
3. The traction rope shall not exceed 2 meters. Article 23 of the "Regulations" stipulates: When citizens take their dogs out of the house in a strictly managed area, they should lead the dog with a dog leash of less than 2 meters and wear a muzzle on the dog; in corridors, elevators and other crowded places , you should hug the dog or tighten the leash, carry the dog close to you, etc.
4. Dogs from out of town also need to apply for a certificate when they return home for a “long-term stay”. The "Regulations" stipulate that if you bring an ordinary dog ​​that has not obtained a license in this city into a strictly managed area, you must hold a valid dog immunity certificate. If the stay is intended to exceed 3 months, a dog-raising permit should be applied for in accordance with regulations within 10 days. Anyone who brings an ordinary dog ​​that has not obtained a license in this city into a strictly managed area of ​​this city for more than 3 months will be ordered by the public security organ to make corrections within a time limit; if he fails to make corrections within the time limit, the dog will be impounded and a fine of 1,000 yuan will be imposed.
5. If you cause damage to others, you need to pay medical expenses first. The "Regulations" require that if a dog hurts another person, the dog owner should immediately send the injured person to a medical institution for diagnosis and treatment, pay the medical expenses in advance, and send the injured dog to a dog inspection facility for testing within 24 hours. , shall not be concealed or transferred.
