Where to apply for a dog license

To apply for a dog license, you need to take your dog to the dog management office in the administrative area where you live to register and apply. Go to the dog license office in your area to get a dog license information check form. The form will need to fill in the dog owner's information, district and county, street, police station, postal code, gender, date of birth and other information. After filling out the form, you will receive a form that needs to be stamped. One is the seal of the neighborhood committee, and the other is the seal of the local police station. After review and approval, pay the relevant fees. Bring your payment voucher and go to the local animal health supervision station to have your dog's identification chip implanted. Then take the dog to the quarantine station for vaccination and receive a quarantine certificate. Bring the relevant proof of chip implantation to the public security department to get the "Dog Registration Certificate" and dog tag, or you can get the dog registration certificate with the dog number plate at the sub-district office after five working days.
