If your dog cannot bark at home, you can use the leash first, shout the command, bring the dog back to you immediately, and then reward it immediately.
Gradually increase the distractions for practice, such as first going to the stairwell, then to the community downstairs, and then to the park. At the same time, gradually extend the recall distance to 5 meters, 10 meters, 15 meters...
