Reasons for red meat coming out of the dog's lower body:

1. Red meat coming out of the dog's lower body may be caused by bacterial or fungal infection. The owner can clean and wipe the dog's lower body with salt water every day. After cleaning, apply pet-specific anti-inflammatory medicine to the dog. During this period, the dog should wear safety pants to avoid aggravation of the condition.

2. If there is a red lump of meat coming out of the urethral opening of a female dog, it may be a prolapse of the uterus. In this case, you need to use saline or chlormethionine for flushing. The exposed uterus is then backfilled. If it is easy to prolapse, surgery may be needed to suture it.

3. If this happens to a male dog, it may be a prolapse of the vaginal meridian. Generally, an electric knife is used to cut off the prolapsed part, and then drugs are used to prevent infection.

4. If a male dog’s genitals turn red, it may be in estrus. It is best for dog owners to wash the genitals with distilled water or very light salt water, dry them and then apply erythromycin ointment to the dog.
