After the cat poops on the bed, the owner should clean the bed promptly and use disinfectant or deodorant to remove the remaining odor, otherwise the cat will defecate on the bed again.

In addition, the owner can also lock the cat outside the bedroom to prevent it from entering the bedroom. Cats pooping on the owner's bed may be caused by the litter box being unclean. The owner should clean the cat's litter in time.

There are three ways to educate them about the behavior of defecating on the bed:

1. If it is caused by estrus, breed or sterilize it.

If the cat goes to bed to urinate involuntarily because it is in estrus, you can consider taking them to a pet hospital to either breed or neuter them.

2. Carry out severe punishment and train them.

If it is because they did it deliberately, they must be severely educated, given certain punishments, and trained to excrete in designated locations.

3. The cat litter is so dirty that the owner’s bed is used as a substitute for the litter box, and the cat litter must be replaced.

If the cat litter is too dirty, they will not be willing to poop in the litter box. In order for both humans and cats to have a clean living environment, the cat litter must be changed regularly.
