When you find a foreign body in your dog's eyes, you should send it to a pet hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. Do not wipe it out with cotton swabs or fingers to avoid damaging the eyes. When you find that your dog often scratches its eyes with its paws, has tears, has nebula, protrudes the third eyelid, or has colored secretions, etc., it is recommended to seek medical attention as soon as possible. When taking a dog in a car, it is forbidden to stick the dog's head out of the window to avoid the dog's eyes being hit by insects and being injured. When using any product containing alcohol, avoid touching your dog’s eyes. When bathing your dog, avoid getting the foam into your eyes. When cleaning around the eyes, you can cover the eyes with your hands and tilt the head back slightly to prevent the lotion from entering the eyes. If the lotion accidentally gets into your eyes, you should rinse with a large amount of sterile saline and seek medical treatment if necessary.
