Cat has discharge but no contractions
This situation is a symptom of dystocia in cats. The female cat has secretions flowing out but there are no signs of contractions or labor. This is mostly a sign that she cannot give birth naturally. The owner can use oxytocin drugs to help the female cat, or send the cat to another hospital. Go to a nearby pet hospital. When the female cat appears in this state, she should be treated quickly to prevent the kitten from suffocating in its belly.
