How often should dog encephalitis vaccine be given?

There is no encephalitis vaccine for dogs. The encephalitis vaccine that parents refer to should be the canine distemper vaccine. This virus can cause brain problems in dogs, so it must be injected. We usually give three injections in the first year and then every year. Just one injection is enough. After the first three injections, we need to take the dog for an antibody test to see if its vaccine antibody level is qualified.

Tip:

Dogs cannot go into unfamiliar environments before their vaccinations are completed, and they cannot do anything that lowers the dog’s resistance, such as bathing or drying.
