1. The smell of the environment is abnormal

Cats’ noses are relatively sensitive. 2. Inhalation of foreign matter into the nasal cavity

If a cat’s nasal cavity is naturally narrow, it will be easier to inhale foreign objects when playing. Such as dust, hair, weeds, etc. Cats will sneeze due to nasal discomfort, but as long as the cat cleans up the foreign objects, the sneezing caused by this reason will generally not continue for a long time.

Touchable items such as vaccines, odor-based inhalable items such as pollen, and various food-borne items may cause cat allergies. 4. Respiratory tract infections

If your cat sneezes too frequently, nearly a dozen times a day, along with symptoms of runny nose and cough, and is not particularly energetic, it is generally considered to be a respiratory infection.

Respiratory tract infections are divided into bacterial and viral. Bacterial infections can be treated with drugs containing amoxicillin, clavulanate potassium and other ingredients. You can recover within 2-5 days after taking the medicine. Viral infections are usually caused by viruses such as herpes, calici, and mycoplasma. In this case, a viral nucleic acid test is required to confirm the diagnosis. In the later stage, interferon, antibiotics and other drugs can be used to treat it.
