Pay attention to the following points when feeding raw meat:

1. Raw meat must be fully frozen

2. It must be fully defrosted when feeding

3. Regular deworming

Therefore, it is recommended to deworm more frequently than usual. Generally, cats that do not eat raw meat should be dewormed every three months. Cats that eat raw meat should be dewormed once a month.

4. Food should not be left for too long

Compared with cooked meat, raw meat is more likely to spoil. Personally, I suggest that raw meat should be eaten within 2 hours in winter. Summer will be eaten within half an hour. Spring and Autumn are eaten within 1 hour. Otherwise, the food will spoil and affect the cat’s health.
